Position Summary:
The Dispatcher plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. Based in our office, this role involves managing incoming client calls, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating with on-call technicians after hours. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly, and professional service to internal and external customers
- Answer incoming client calls and efficiently schedule technician appointments
- Manage after-hours calls and dispatch on-call technicians as needed
- Accurately enter and update client information in our system
- Respond to client service inquiries and provide timely updates
- Make outbound calls to clients when necessary for scheduling or follow-up
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and resolve client concerns effectively
- Comfortable using basic computer programs and scheduling systems
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
